# Smart Contract Audits

The Sierra Protocol was built using [OpenTrade](https://www.opentrade.io/)'s LYT protocol, which was audited by Spearbit's Cantina in August 2025 and the report is available here: <https://cantina.xyz/portfolio/967eeb2b-b6f6-4b17-b819-9bfb450876ca>. There were no High Risk or Critical findings.

Additionally, all of the underlying OpenTrade vaults that Sierra deploys reserves into are Version 5 vaults, which have been audited by Spearbit Cantina and are available here: <https://docs.opentrade.io/code-audits>.&#x20;
